Panic attacks, anyone heard of having a good one?

Wow - I'd never really heard of a 'good' panic attack but I suspect that one could be triggered in a person who finds out they just won Lotto or something...I don't actually have panic attacks, but I do have serious anxiety attacks that can actually accompany some depression...Hope your multiple attacks subside though - it's not worth the good ones if you have twice as many bad ones that last twice as long! Oh, and typically for me, an anxiety attack is precipitated by something that happens in my life, not just out of the blue -- I thought panic attacks were like that too, but apparently not....
