Appeal for employment and support allowance?

Hi' im due to go to an appeal hearing for them to decide if im entitled to claim esa as i cant walk very far and the joints in my body swell and ache. i wanted to ask if anybody knew what happens if i lose the appeal which im told is more than likely..many thanks
