Get out of a phone contract?! Please Help.?

Ok so about 5 months ago i got the blackberry storm with vodafone (Australia) and I am VERY dissapointed. The phone has so many glitches and problems that are just not right. Bluetooth doesn't work, phone randomly turns off, randomly reboots and says there is an error, when im in a call sometimes it just drops the call, the setting options have dissapeared (now i cant change the message tones etc.), the phone freezes often and doesnt respond to me pressing the screen, when writing a message i put my finger over a letter but a different letter in a complety different position is selected, it is SLOW for now reason, sometimes when i am recieving a call the phone rings but the screen for incoming call does not appear it just stays blank. There are so many problems with this phone and I am very dissapointed. I am locked into a 24 month contract and I really want to get out, and I do not believe that i should have to pay because I am highly dissapointed with the service. I have been doing research on the internet and have read that SOOOO many other people are experiencing these problems and when they recieve a new replacement phone, the same things happen again! I do not have time for this and I am wanting to swap over to the Blackberry Bold (Also on Vodafone). I have heard that this phone is MUCH better and does not have all the glitched that the Storm does. I have not sent the phone in yet to be fixed because frankly I don't belive it will be the end of the problems. Does anyone know how i can go about getting OUT of this contract and into a new one? I am still going to be with Vodafone, but is there any way or that I will be able to cancel the contract because I am highly dissapointed. Any tactics or ways? PLEASE HELP.
