My Ipod Touch 3G MC is stuck in a DFU mode loop. How can i fix it?

I was trying to restore it although i kept getting errors in the 1600 series and 3194. Although i was able to get through those with the help of TinyUmbrella's TSS server and using iREB r4. When the ipod finally finished restoring, it showed the apple logo plus a little spinning loading sign then the ipod went back into DFU mode. I am 99.9% sure that it is indeed DFU mode not recovery mode. Please help with anything you can. Thanks.
