We never saw what was coming with the economy did we?

I have a friend in the real estate business. She said there are a bunch of balloon mortgages due this year, people don't have the money to pay them off and the banks won't refinance, so, more foreclosures are coming. I also saw in the news that in 2010 commercial balloons are due to the tune of 700 billion, they are saying alot of companies will be folding next year. It looks as if the worst is yet to come.
