Triton shower not working, no power, light goes off when switched? Triton Rapide 2+?

you have no water flow ...as it comes from the rising main are you sure its not frozen ? ..it might not be completely frozen but if you do not have enough flow then it will not open up tho safety switch as it relies on pressure
