Could you give me a review this plot I'm writing?

Okay, so this is the plot for a movie I hope to make when I am older. A green haired 14 year old stoner rebel girl named Cinderella, nicknamed Cinder, moves to a new town where she meets a red haired golden eyed jerk 17 year protagonist who wears little glow in the dark devil horns named David, nicknamed Criminal, and his pedophile16 year old friend, Jack, who is constantly lusting over Cinders 5-year old sister. Together, they cause mischief and solve crimes, ala a twisted Nancy Drew/Hardy Boys episode. This a good idea?
