Does any1 know the max level in each skill needed to do all quests in runescape?

Like for example the max thieving level needed to do the quest which requires the most thieving level is X so X is the max thieving level needed to do all quests ( this what i mean by max level) thanks if you don't know em all then post whichever you do know and whoever posts the most gets best answer =)
