Would This be Weird? Yes or No? Thank You:)?

I'm kind of partial to Olivia and Sophia (2 of my faves), but, no, I don't think Olivia Skye and Skyla Brynn would be weird at all. After all, as you said, Olivia doesn't use her middle name much and most probably wouldn't even know it, so I think it would be fine. It would actually be kind of cute for Skyla's name to be similar to her big sister's middle name. It would be a nice way to bond the sisters together. I like it.
