I signed a military contract that supposedly requires me to do something my contract doesn't directly state?

My contract guarnteed me a bonus upon completion of my training which has been completed over the past 9 months. Now from what i inquire my contract stipulates indirectly that i have to be in a unit i don't have to be in to recieve this bonus. Which what they're telling me there was directive that ped informing this but no copy was put in my record and also i never signed anything agreeing to this. Is this a breach of contract?
