I am 4 weeks pregnant. How much folic acid should my prenatal tablets contain?

Im taking one caplet a day, and it has 400 mcg. But i read that pregnant woman should take 800 mcg a day, that is, two pills. Is that true? how much folic acid should my prenatal tablets contain??
