DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH A DD FORM 293, WHERE DO I SEND IT AND DOES IT REQUIRE ADDITIONAL DOENTS?

I got an Honorable discharge on a Med Board. I got out due to PTSD. I have been out 2 years with no meds, and 2 clean annual psych that fully clear me for duty. I'm starting to work with a recruiter in order to go that route but I am also making sure that there is a back up plan. I got screwed by the docs on my way out. They took something and made it sound damning. For instance, they asked if I was ever sad growing up. I replied "well yeah, i was a kid watching my dad deploy all the time and moving around alot and having to make new friends.:" they took that and turned it in to "Childhood Depression". According to the DSM IV both PTSD and Depression are considered curable. So I'm asking for your help. Any info is very much welcome.
