So what do I do next?

So I have this older guy friend and him and I been knowing each other for like 1 or 2 years now can't remember rite now but in between then to year's. but he is really nice to me and a sweet heart i mean some time's he act like a kid at heart for his age and always making jokes out of ever lil thing I say or things he do and he laugh at things that not even funny and that can become annoying some times. now hes a type of person that likes to play hard to get with me and I don't like people playing with my feelings so i fell back and let him do his own thing and am doing mys. but him and I talk when ever we get time and not busy and I know a few hours ago he sent me this U don't even miss me. U got a new boo now. U used me like a piece of meat or sum tn? what dose he mean by that ?? I just wanna know what that mean! I mean he told me that he liked me once and other times before and I would date him it's like are heads and minds are in the same place sometimes meaning him and I think alike a lil hes a Cancer and so am I. but what should I do hes like have some years over me am 20 years old and he was bron in 1981 on the 8th. can anyone help me ?
