My biology teacher is calling God a liar. What should I do?

She said that rabbits don't chew the cud. I kindly pointed out to her Lev. 11:6 and told her that she was calling God a liar and that if she did not repent immediately she would be thrown into the fires of hell. She told me that, given time, she could make up an explanation for this verse, but I told her not to bother as she would be perverting His word. What should I do if she says further nonsense that contradicts the Bible?
