Leave to the US for a week and come back to Poland?

I am a American citizen. My main question is that can I leave for a week before my 3 month visa expires in Poland and go back to the US and come back to Warsaw and have a fresh 3 months to stay again? I hope this is in accordance to the shengen agreement.
