Is it possible to get pregnant after tubal litigation?

I am 35 years old and I had a Tubal Litigation 5 years ago but now i regret it deeply and would love to have another baby. I think my tubes were cut and just wondered if there is any "Possibility" i would be able to get pregnant without medical intervention.
