I hear voices :S and idk why?

I'll hear voices out of nowhere. Like just a couple days ago I was at the store with my mom and while she was at the counter checking out I heard a whisper saying are you Wanda? Which is my moms name. I looked around and couldn't figure it out. I've also been woken up in the middle of the night by voices. Also about a year ago I'd wake up in the middle of the night because I would hear my name and the bed would be like shaking. Idk if im just physco or if its has something to do with spirits. About a week ago I was sitting alone in my room when my guitar starting making noises. Sometimes I do feel like I'm not alone when it clearly looks as though I am. I have had some experience with spirits at my old friends apartment. I just don't know if I'm going schizo or what?
