How early for a Kid Cudi Concert?

I'm going to a Kid Cudi concert with my friends. The concert is as 5:30 and it's at Williamsburg Waterfront in Brooklyn. It's just general admission, no seats just standing so I want to be near the front row. What time should we arrive there, it would be a lot of help, thank you!
